Assistant Manager- Demand Generation

Responsibilities: -Develop and implement demand generation plans and campaigns for secondary network targeting dealers and mechanics.Define KPIs and lead scoring models to evaluate campaign effectiveness.Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align demand generation activities with business goals.Drive the strategic direction of demand generation initiatives and ensure alignment with broader company objectives.Manage end-to-end campaign: ideation, execution, optimization, and reporting.Coordinate with creative and content teams to develop campaign assetsWork closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless lead handoff and follow-up process.Identify and activate new demand pockets in metro and emerging markets.Support distributor and channel partner enablement through localized campaigns.Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine strategies.Maintain dashboards and reports for leadership visibility.Optimize budget allocation based on ROI and lead conversion metrics.Qualifications/Experience required:-Masters / bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience 2-3 years in demand generation, preferably in the aftermarket or related industryInterested candidates can share their resumes on
