Chief Demand Generation Specialist

The role of Assistant Manager- Demand Generation involves spearheading the development and execution of demand generation plans and campaigns targeting dealers and mechanics.
- Develop and implement strategic demand generation initiatives to reach secondary network dealers and mechanics.
- Establish key performance indicators and lead scoring models to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align demand generation activities with business objectives.
- Drive the strategic direction of demand generation initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader company goals.
- Manage end-to-end campaign processes: ideation, execution, optimization, and reporting.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams to develop targeted campaign assets.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoffs and follow-up processes.
- Identify and activate new demand pockets in metro and emerging markets.
- Support distributor and channel partner enablement through localized campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine strategies.
- Maintain dashboards and reports for leadership visibility and informed decision-making.
A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Proven experience of 2-3 years in demand generation, preferably in the aftermarket or related industry, is necessary.
