Job Title: Demand Generation Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned demand generation professional to lead our Mid-Market + Enterprise sales efforts. The ideal candidate will own the meetings target, drive qualified pipeline through multi-channel campaigns, and optimize performance with data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy across inbound, outbound, and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Lead and manage an SDR team, ensuring efficient messaging and cadence.
  • Scale inbound initiatives through SEO, SEM, LinkedIn, and webinars.
  • Collaborate with Content and ABM teams to deliver high-performing campaign assets.
  • Establish, track, and report on pipeline contribution goals (MQL → SQL → Meeting).
  • Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates and ROI.
Qualifications:
  • 7–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS/Enterprise demand gen.
  • Proven track record of owning pipeline targets and building successful demand programs.
  • Expertise in managing SDRs and multi-channel demand initiatives.
