Responsibilities: -

- Develop and implement demand generation plans and campaigns for secondary network targeting dealers and mechanics.
- Define KPIs and lead scoring models to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align demand generation activities with business goals.
- Drive the strategic direction of demand generation initiatives and ensure alignment with broader company objectives.
- Manage end-to-end campaign: ideation, execution, optimization, and reporting.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams to develop campaign assets
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless lead handoff and follow-up process.
- Identify and activate new demand pockets in metro and emerging markets.
- Support distributor and channel partner enablement through localized campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine strategies.
- Maintain dashboards and reports for leadership visibility.
- Optimize budget allocation based on ROI and lead conversion metrics.

Qualifications/Experience required:-

- Masters / bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience 2-3 years in demand generation, preferably in the aftermarket or related industry
