· Prepare Invoices and make the utility payments. · Co-ordination for meetings and follow up with clients, and internal team members.

· Co-ordinating with associates and partnerships.

across different cities and industry verticals.

· Handling internal and client banking transactions · Handling of social media and Linked In accounts of partners · Maintaining and managing the meeting schedule.

· Handle recruitments for the organization and the HR vertical of the organisation.

· Handle travel coordination and bookings for the team.

· Documentation and paperwork for various activities · Preparing and maintaining database of existing clients, potential clients, associates, and investors from various sources · Preparing brochures and presentations on different services and verticals · Prepare MIS Reports for internal purposes.

· Support for day-to-day accounting for the company, managing partner and clients.

Strengths: Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of Experience.

Highly positive and Proactive Good communication skills Likes to interact with people Computer and Social Media Savvy
