Full Time Role – Work from Office

Role - Administrative Officer and Executive Assistant to Partners

• Manage administrative activities and meeting schedules as personal assistant.

• Handle first leads from Google Ads and coordinate with LinkedIn leads.

• Conduct direct marketing and messages through LinkedIn and email.

• Prepare invoices and make utility payments.

• Coordinate meetings and follow up with clients and internal team members.

• Coordinate with associates and partnerships across cities and industry verticals.

• Handle internal and client banking transactions.

• Manage social media and LinkedIn accounts of partners.

• Maintain and manage meeting schedules.

• Handle recruitments for the organization and HR vertical.

• Coordinate travel and bookings for the team.

• Document and process paperwork for various activities.

• Prepare and maintain a database of clients, potential clients, associates, and investors.

• Prepare brochures and presentations on services and verticals.

• Prepare MIS Reports for internal purposes.

• Support day-to-day accounting for the company, managing partner and clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience.
  • Highly positive and proactive attitude.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Likes to interact with people.
  • Computer and social media savvy.
