Responsibilities:
- An avid digital marketeer and technology enthusiast whose goal will be to drive new user growth, user engagement and cross sell.
- Develop and execute below-the-line (BTL) digital marketing strategies to generate high-value leads and boost customer acquisition.
- Create and manage strategic performance marketing campaigns across various online channels (Google App Store, Google AdWords, Display, Facebook, etc.) aimed at scaling business generation through high-quality leads.
- Optimize SEO efforts to enhance organic traffic and increase Propelld's visibility in key markets.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI and ensure consistent lead generation growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and support Propelld's growth targets.
- Prepare for future scalability by implementing long-term growth strategies to enhance business impact.
The Winning Recipe:
These are the core competencies this role calls for:
- 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, business growth, and business generation.
- Track record of scaling lead generation from 20-50 crores or beyond.
- Prior experience in fintech, lending, or NBFC companies is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical abilities to track and improve campaign performance with a focus on business outcomes.
- Expertise in SEO, performance marketing, and lead generation across multiple platforms.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and performance tracking platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
