Key ResponsibilitiesHandle telecalling toqualify leads for residential/commercial real estate.Engage with prospective clients, explain project details, and schedule site visits .Coordinate and conduct project walk-throughs for clients at the site.Maintain follow-ups with clients to ensure lead conversion and support sales closures.Collaborate with the sales team to achieve pre-sales targets.Maintain lead database (CRM) with accuracy and update client interaction records.Provide market insights and customer feedback to the management team.Requirements-1–3 years of real estate or construction industry experience in a customer-facing/pre-sales role.Strong communication and persuasion skills (English, Hindi, Telugu preferred).Proficiency in telecalling, client engagement, and site visit coordination .Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
