• Market and Product Knowledge:
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's insurance products andsolutions.Desired Skills and Competencies:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Relationship-building mindset with a customer-centric approach.
• Basic understanding of insurance products (preferred but not mandatory).
