About the RoleAs a Pre-Sales Associate at Newton School of Technology, you will play a pivotal role in driving applications and supporting the overall pipeline. You’ll work closely with the admissions, marketing, and product teams to understand student needs, present program offerings, and ensure a seamless experience from lead generation to conversion. This role requires a blend of communication skills, analytical thinking, and sales acumen.Key Responsibilities- Assist the team in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads through calls and follow-ups.- Understand student and parent requirements to provide personalized program recommendations.- Prepare proposals, and sales collateral aligned with NST’s offerings.- Conduct product demos or counselling sessions, highlighting the value proposition effectively.- Maintain accurate and updated records of all leads, interactions, and feedback in the CRM.- Collaborate with teams to stay updated on new features, campaigns, and messaging.- Support the team during the negotiation, follow-up, and closure phases.- Conduct market and competitor research to refine sales strategies and positioning.Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. (MBA Preferred)- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
