This role is ideal for someone with persuasive skills and a customer-first mindset.Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls- Qualify leads and schedule product demos- Maintain CRM records and track interactions- Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and campaigns- Follow up on marketing-generated leads and nurture prospects- Achieve monthly targets and contribute to revenue growth- Will be handling the Dealers and Distributors across India.- Runo calls Analysis- Handle the Tele calling executives and their performance.Qualifications:- Bachelors degree (MBA preferred)- 5 + years of experience in inside sales or telemarketing- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools- Energetic, goal-oriented, and self-motivated- Should have experience in Electrical industries.
