Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the CEO. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in providing high-level administrative support, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate projects, and assist with business operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Coordinate and manage the CEO's schedule, including meetings, travel, and appointments.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and documentation.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Assist in the preparation and review of documents related to real estate transactions, including managing agreements.
Organize and coordinate site visits, ensuring logistics are in place for successful visits.
Coordinate and oversee projects as needed, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met.
Manage day-to-day office administration and document management.
Ensure efficient communication within the team and across departments.
Assist with special projects and other ad-hoc tasks as required by the CEO.
Requirements:
5-8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Ability to work independently with a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail.
A proactive approach to problem-solving.
