Reports To: Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Train, supervise, and motivate service staff, fostering a positive work environment.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Engage with customers to gather feedback and address any concerns promptly.
Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels.
Assist in managing financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and achieving sales targets.
Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality.
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Use POS systems to streamline operations and analyze performance data.
Develop and execute plans to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a quick dining format.
Proven track record in managing service operations and achieving high customer satisfaction.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Financial acumen with experience in managing budgets and costs.
Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software.
Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
