Senior Digital Growth Manager

As a key contributor to the digital growth of Orange Business, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and steering the digital transformation at both company and business levels. Your expertise in data analysis will be instrumental in bringing and monitoring all the data necessary to drive informed decision-making and optimize digital strategies.
You will be an integral part of the Digital Growth team, a dynamic group of over 15 professionals based in Bangalore and France. This team boasts expertise in digital marketing tools, conversion rate optimization for digital journeys, user feedback and score optimization, advanced studies, and data visualization tools. Together, you will collaborate to enhance the digital experience for our customers and drive business growth through data-driven insights and innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities:
Analyse digital data to identify trends and opportunities, providing actionable insights to drive business growth and optimization.
Design and execute data analyses to optimize digital journeys efficiency, increase users satisfaction and drive customer acquisition and engagement.
Support the development of marketing strategies to promote the organization's products and services through digital channels.
Support the implementation of digital marketing campaigns with relevant insights and analyse their effectiveness.
Make recommendations to improve website effectiveness by analysing click stream data.
Prepare and present analyses to senior leaders, communicating complex data insights through effective storytelling.
Work with senior product owners, business owners, IT developers and managers to drive the growth strategy.
Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, collaborating effectively with teams across different regions.
Deliverables:
Actionable insights on online user behavior based on the data gathered from digital tools like Google Analytics 4, UX analytics tools and customer feedback tools.
Recommendations on strategies to improve customer experience, acquisition and retention based on analysis.
Data-driven hypotheses for A/B testing and experimentation for the continuous improvement of the website.
Growth strategy and continuous improvement forums and meetings for all stakeholders, conducted in collaboration with other members of the Digital Growth team.
Relevant insights, on request from senior leaders, to support the organizational digital strategy.
About you
Key Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities (must have):
More than 12 years of expertise in analyzing digital data and driving the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and conversion optimization, with extensive experience in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets.
Extensive experience in leveraging diverse sources of data (digital tools, UX analytics tools, customer feedback tools) to create compelling analyses-backed recommendations for digital growth.
Strong knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation and the ability to incubate such programs in an organization.
Extensive experience in effectively presenting and articulating analysis-driven recommendations to senior executives.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence cross functional stakeholders without authority.
Proven experience in working in a global organisation with teams and stakeholders based in multiple countries.
Sound understanding of concepts of digital marketing, conversion rate optimisation and eCommerce.
Education Qualifications: BE/Diploma/Degree
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in data analysis tools and platforms (Google Analytics Certification, Google Cloud Platform Certification) are a plus.
