Role Overview
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented  Regional Sales Manager  to oversee corporate sales, travel agents, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) within the hotel industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales, building strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue targets in these key market segments.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Sales:
Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain corporate clients.
Negotiate and close contracts with corporate accounts to maximize room nights and revenue.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers in corporations for repeat business.
Travel Agents:
Strengthen relationships with travel agents to boost bookings.
Collaborate with travel partners to create attractive packages and promotions.
Monitor travel agent performance and provide necessary support to meet sales goals.
MICE Sales:
Identify and pursue MICE opportunities to drive revenue through events and group bookings.
Partner with event planners and organizers to position the property as a preferred venue.
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive activities.
Ensure consistent and effective communication of the property’s offerings and value propositions.
Market Representation:
Represent the brand at trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.
Actively promote the property in relevant forums to enhance visibility and business opportunities.
Key Qualifications:
5+ years of proven sales experience in the hospitality industry, specifically handling corporate, travel agent, and MICE segments.
Strong understanding of market trends, customer behaviors, and regional dynamics.
Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and sales reporting tools.
Ability to travel frequently within the region.
Location - Delhi
