With a foundation  in luxury lifestyle management, Lefoyer Realty is redefining real estate services to deliver excellence at  AM – Sales & Client Acquisition • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, client servicing, negotiations, and  Curate and maintain a segmented client database through referrals, networks, and external  Conduct targeted outreach (calls, emails, events, social channels) to build a strong pipeline. • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, leadership) to ensure seamless  Build and sustain long-term relationships with developers, partners, and external stakeholders. • Track sales data, pipeline status, and market trends, and share insights for business growth. 3–6 years of experience in Sales, Customer Acquisition, or Business Development (preferably in  Real Estate, Luxury Sales, or Hospitality). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong executive presence. • Demonstrated success in data-driven outreach and lead nurturing. • Comfortable handling leads from both internal sources and cold databases. •
