Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to contribute to our mission by building and expanding our client base. The role requires a candidate who is goal-oriented, aware of industry dynamics, and committed to long-term growth with the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and establish connections with prospective students and educational institutions.
Generate and manage leads through strategic outreach efforts, including cold calls, emails, and networking events.
Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage referrals and long-term engagement.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth and supportive onboarding experience for clients.
Contribute to marketing initiatives and assist in creating promotional materials when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Goal-driven, adaptable, and open to learning.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
