Position - Business Development Specialist Location: Remote Experience - 1-3 Years Job Overview We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in the staffing industry, particularly with MSP programs and GCC clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing strategic partnerships, expanding client portfolios, and delivering staffing solutions across diverse sectors. Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition- Identify and reach out to potential clients (startups, SMBs, enterprises). Pitch staffing solutions (temporary, permanent, contract-to-hire, RPO, etc.). Build a robust pipeline of prospects. Client Relationship Management - Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts. Upsell or cross-sell recruitment services. Ensure client satisfaction and handle escalations. Market & Competitor Research- Understand industry trends, hiring demands, and niche markets. Analyze competitors' offerings and pricing. Collaboration with the recruitment Team Communicate client requirements clearly to recruiters. Help prioritize open roles based on urgency and revenue potential. Negotiation & Contract Management- Negotiate service agreements and pricing. Finalize contracts in collaboration with legal and compliance teams. KPI Tracking & Reporting Track revenue, conversion rate, fill rate, client acquisition cost, etc. Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership. Note - Having their own laptop is a must. Maharashtra candidates are preferred.
