As we continue to grow, we're seeking a dynamic and skilled Solutions Consultant to join our innovative team.

About the Role: As a Solutions Consultant at Konnect Insights, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our technology and the unique needs of our clients. You'll be the expert who understands our clients' business challenges and collaborates with them to tailor our solutions for optimal impact.

Ensure seamless integration and deployment of our SaaS platform.

Product Demos and Training:

Provide training sessions to clients for effective platform utilization.

Needs Analysis:

Conduct needs analysis to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.

Create comprehensive documentation for client-specific configurations and customizations.

Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably as a Solutions Consultant or in a similar capacity within the SaaS industry.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience with CRM systems and integration.

Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
