Key Responsibilities
  • Outreach & Relationship Building : Engage with schools, colleges, training centers, and local organizations to establish partnerships, promote our programs, and increase brand visibility.
  • Event Management : Plan and execute on-ground promotional events, workshops, seminars, and info sessions at educational institutions and public venues to engage with students, parents, and educators.
  • Lead Generation : Actively work to generate leads through in-person marketing activities and ensure follow-up with the sales team for effective conversion.
  • Marketing Collateral Distribution : Distribute flyers, brochures, and other promotional materials at targeted locations to boost awareness about our offerings.
  • Brand Ambassador : Represent the brand at events and networking opportunities, delivering clear and persuasive messages to build interest in our programs.
  • Market Intelligence : Gather information about competitors, customer preferences, and local education trends to provide insights for marketing strategies.
  • Reporting & Feedback : Track field marketing activities, provide regular feedback on campaign effectiveness, and report on engagement metrics to improve future initiatives.
  • Customer Engagement : Conduct surveys and collect feedback from potential customers to understand needs and preferences, adapting marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the sales, product development, and academic teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.  
  • Skills :
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an outgoing personality.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Comfortable with public speaking and delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools to track leads and activities.
  • Basic understanding of EdTech trends and educational programs is a plus.
  • Additional : Willingness to travel frequently within the region and work flexible hours as needed.

Qualifications
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience : 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the EdTech or education sector.
