Position Summary

The Overseas Education Consultant plays a crucial role in guiding students and professionals through the process of pursuing education in the UK. This role involves counseling clients on the visa, travel and accommodation arrangements in the UK, finances, and career aspirations. The consultant ensures a seamless application process and provides end-to-end support, including documentation, fee payment matters, visa guidance, course completion until convocation proceedings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Counseling
  • Provide comprehensive guidance to students and professionals PGS London academic programme opportunities.
  • Analyze client profiles and suggest appropriate programmes.
  • Address concerns and queries regarding admission processes, career prospects, and cost implications.
  • Application Process Management
  • Assist clients with university enrolments.
  • Ensure timely submission of applications and track their progress.
  • Visa Assistance
  • Guide clients through visa application procedures, including documentation and interview preparation.
  • Stay updated on visa regulations and requirements.
  • Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain relationships with university representatives, admission officers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, PGS London and UK universities to resolve queries and issues.
  • Marketing and Outreach
  • Conduct seminars, webinars, and workshops to promote PGS London academic programmes.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to generate leads through campaigns, social media, and educational fairs.
  • Post-Landing Services
  • Provide guidance on accommodation, travel arrangements, and orientation services.

  • Documentation and Compliance
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, applications, and outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical guidelines in the education consultancy sector.

 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Educational Background
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred in education, business, or counseling).
  • Certification in counseling, career guidance, or international admissions (advantageous).
  • Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of global education systems and visa regulations.
  • Experience
  • 2+ years in overseas education consultancy or related fields.
  • Experience in counseling, career guidance, or customer service.
