Key Responsibilities
  • Presentation Development
  • Design and develop visually appealing and content-rich PowerPoint presentations to showcase PGS London’s academic and skill-based programs.
  • Create customized presentations tailored to specific audiences, including students, parents, and institutional partners.
  • Incorporate data, graphics, animations, and multimedia elements to enhance engagement.
  • Content Delivery
  • Deliver live or virtual presentations with confidence and clarity to explain PGS London’s offerings, such as UK degree programs, lateral entry options, skill development courses, and blended learning modes.
  • Engage with the audience effectively, ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed during and after the presentation.
  • Highlight key selling points, such as cost-effectiveness, WES-approved programs, and pathways to UK/Dubai education.
  • Collaboration and Coordination
  • Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to ensure accurate representation of PGS London’s offerings.
  • Collaborate with content writers and graphic designers to develop high-quality slides.
  • Coordinate with event organizers for academic fairs, webinars, and promotional campaigns.
  • Audience Engagement and Feedback
  • Use interactive techniques, such as Q&A sessions and polls, to maintain audience interest during presentations.
  • Gather and document feedback from attendees to refine and improve presentation quality.
  • Brand Representation
  • Act as a brand ambassador for PGS London, maintaining professionalism and consistency in all communication.
  • Stay updated on PGS London’s latest programs, partnerships, and achievements to reflect in presentations.
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Research trends in education and presentation tools to incorporate innovative techniques.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of presentations through audience feedback and metrics to enhance future sessions.


Qualifications and Skills
  • Educational Background
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Skills
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and other presentation software.
  • Excellent public speaking and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong storytelling and content structuring abilities.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail in design and delivery.
  • Familiarity with PGS London’s academic offerings, UK university systems, and global education frameworks.
  • Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in academic presentation, public speaking, or a similar role.
  • Experience in delivering presentations for educational institutions or international programs (an advantage).
