Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive for promoting and selling our educational products and services to potential clients, including educational institutions, enterprises & individual customers.


Responsibilities:

· Answering phones and explaining the educational services offered by the company. Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our educational offerings.

· Following up leads acquired via digital marketing. Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.

· Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services. Assess academic and career needs of students. · Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.

· Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.

· Great interpersonal skills. Interact in a positive manner with staff, students and parents. · Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

· Strong organizational skills. Organize demo sessions, collect bios, and oversee student selection process.


Qualifications:

- Bilingual (English, Malayalam) and multilingual proficiency (English, Hindi, other languages)

- Strong sales bent of mind, in order to understand and effectively communicate what company is offering to its prospective students, close applications and achieve performance targets.

- Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, ChatGPT) is preferable Education: Bachelor's Total work experience in academic counseling: 2 years (Preferred)
