About this role We are now hiring for a Senior Sales Manager. This is a quota carrying role and you will be responsible for fund disbursement targets based on your quota. We are looking for someone who is experienced in B2 B Sales, particularly in the financial services/fintech space. This is a mid-senior role where you will be interfacing with C-level stakeholders on a daily basis (given the nature of our product, buying decisions are made by the CEO/CFO only). Roles and responsibilities Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails Understand customer needs and requirements Research accounts, identify key stakeholders and generate interest Maintain and expand database of prospects Articulate benefits of non-dilutive funding and ECL products for customers Address any sales objections Ensure timely and comprehensive data input/paperwork for sale closure (NDA, agreements, etc.) Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas (take the prospective customers from awareness/interest stage to closure/fund-disbursal stage) Provide input to product team based on sales conversations so that customer feedback and input can be incorporated into future versions of the product Key skills and qualifications 12+ years of experience of handling a quota carrying Inside sales role in a B2 B, ideally fintech/financial services setting.
