Work Experience Minimum 8 years of experience in promoting digital initiatives, preferably within a government setup.

Roles and Responsibilities: Digital Initiative Promotion: Lead and manage digital transformation projects to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.

System Management: Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of Management Information Systems (MIS) to support organizational needs.

Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.

Technical Support: Provide technical support and training to staff on MIS and IT-related issues.

Policy Development: Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Vendor Management: Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.

Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of new technologies with existing systems.

Preferred skills Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of MIS, IT infrastructure, and digital technologies.

Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Project Management: Proven experience in managing IT projects.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to new technologies and changing environments.

Compliance: Knowledge of regulatory requirements and data security standards.

Education Qualification Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics & Communication, or an equivalent field.
