About HHSS (Health, Human & Social service) Team Health, human and social services are at the core of a nation's development agenda. India's social sector spend is increasing, with trends such as direct benefits transfer, digital monitoring, private sector enablement and impact investment driving outcomes in sectors such as Water, Sanitation, And Hygiene (WASH), healthcare, financial Inclusion, social and rural development, livelihoods, and affordable housing. KPMG in India’s Health, Human and Social Services (HHSS) practice works with government agencies, multilaterals, donors, private sector participants, civil society stakeholders and other social sector organizations to deliver efficient, equitable, and effective health, human and social services that create sustainable societies. Qualifications: MBBS with MD Community Medicine / MBBS with MHM from a recognized university. At least 4 years of experience in public health. Experience working in the Government sector (added advantage). Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage public health programs in alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate with government agencies and other stakeholders to ensure program effectiveness and compliance with regulations. Monitor and evaluate program performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes. Prepare and present reports on program progress and impact to senior management and stakeholders. Provide leadership and support to program staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Ensure efficient use of resources and manage program budgets effectively. Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and project management abilities. Proficient in data analysis and reporting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of local language (Kannada) is a plus.
