Job Title: Direct Sales Executive – US Shift Location: Chennai(preferred), Bangalore, Kochi, Hyderabad (Hybrid) Shift Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (US Time) Compensation: Aspire Systems is a global technology services firm, and Codespell is our innovative AI-powered solution focused on end-to-end software development lifecycle automation. We are seeking passionate sales professionals to join us on our journey. We are looking for a results-driven Direct Sales Executive with excellent English communication skills and prior experience selling IT products, preferably in the AI space. Drive direct sales for Codespell in the North American region. • Handle end-to-end sales cycles, from outreach to closing. • Negotiate and close deals in the range of 50K to 100K USD contract value. • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align on sales strategies. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field. Required Skills: • Proven track record in IT product sales, preferably AI products. • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. • 6 – 8 years of direct sales experience in the international market. • Prior experience handling deals valued at $50K to $100K USD. • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a hybrid setup.
