Job Description
Role: Senior Vice President - Sales & Business Development
Join our team at Impact Guru as a Senior Vice President - Sales & Business Development.
We're seeking a dynamic individual who is passionate about making a difference in the healthcare industry and dedicated to revolutionizing healthcare access and patient care across India.
Key Responsibilities :
Partner with Doctors and Hospitals for major alliances and regular patient referrals.
Create and manage digital fundraising campaigns for patients for crowdfunding.
Lead and grow the Business Development and Partnerships team, including remote / field team members all across the country.
Forge new crowdfunding partnerships across India across various medical verticals
Work closely with cross-functional teams in Content, PR and Communications team
Set revenue and partnership goals for the BD team, and manage the team's weekly and monthly partnership pipelines
Manage existing relationships and client engagement in a thoroughly structured way.
Execute partnership activities by working closely with internal stakeholders within Marketing, Product and Technology.
What You'll Need :
5+ years of work experience in sales within the health technology sector
Proficiency in data analysis, including the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data effectively
Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce
Willingness to travel within the country for business purposes.
