Job Summary:We are seeking a results-driven Vice President (VP) of Sales with a proven track record in environmental and sustainable projects. This leader will drive our sales strategy, build a high-performing team, and expand the company’s market presence in sectors such as renewable energy, waste management, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:Strategic Sales Leadership:Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth across all product lines, including gasification technology, cremation systems, biomedical waste incinerators, and PEBs.Focus on identifying and securing large-scale environmental and sustainable projects in both government and private sectors.Team Building and Leadership:Recruit, train, and lead a dynamic sales team with expertise in environmentally sustainable solutions.Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture that aligns with the company’s mission.Market Expansion:Develop business opportunities in renewable energy, waste management, and infrastructure sectors.Build strategic partnerships with clients, government agencies, and industry stakeholders to expand market reach.Client and Stakeholder Engagement:Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders in environmental and sustainability sectors. Lead complex negotiations and close high-value contracts that align with the company’s growth objectives. Performance Tracking:Set, monitor, and analyze KPIs to ensure the sales team achieves revenue goals.Provide detailed performance reports and sales forecasts to the executive team.Collaboration and Innovation:Collaborate with R&D and product teams to ensure solutions meet the needs of the environmental and sustainable project markets. Leverage market feedback to drive innovation and continuous improvement.Brand Representation:Represent Urja Gasifiers at key industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build the company’s reputation and thought leadership in sustainable solutions.Act as a spokesperson for the company’s commitment to environmental responsibility.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field;
