You will be at the forefront of revolutionizing how educational institutions manage their financial needs through cutting-edge SaaS solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet ambitious growth targets.- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of high-performing sales professionals.- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions.- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer success teams.- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to ensure we deliver unmatched value.What We’re Looking For:- 12+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in EduTech or Fintech.- Expertise in selling SaaS solutions or financial services to educational institutions.- Strong understanding of the education sector and its financial dynamics.- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.- Proven success in developing and managing high-performing sales teams.- Bachelor's degree required;
