Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Vice President (VP) of Sales with a proven track record in environmental and sustainable projects. This leader will drive our sales strategy, build a high-performing team, and expand the company’s market presence in sectors such as renewable energy, waste management, and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth across all product lines, including gasification technology, cremation systems, biomedical waste incinerators, and PEBs.
Focus on identifying and securing large-scale environmental and sustainable projects in both government and private sectors.
Team Building and Leadership:
Recruit, train, and lead a dynamic sales team with expertise in environmentally sustainable solutions.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture that aligns with the company’s mission.
Market Expansion:
Develop business opportunities in renewable energy, waste management, and infrastructure sectors.
Build strategic partnerships with clients, government agencies, and industry stakeholders to expand market reach.
Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders in environmental and sustainability sectors. Lead complex negotiations and close high-value contracts that align with the company’s growth objectives. Performance Tracking:
Set, monitor, and analyze KPIs to ensure the sales team achieves revenue goals.
Provide detailed performance reports and sales forecasts to the executive team.
Collaboration and Innovation:
Collaborate with R&D and product teams to ensure solutions meet the needs of the environmental and sustainable project markets. Leverage market feedback to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Brand Representation:
Represent Urja Gasifiers at key industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build the company’s reputation and thought leadership in sustainable solutions.
Act as a spokesperson for the company’s commitment to environmental responsibility.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a focus on environmental and sustainable projects.
Proven track record of success in renewable energy, waste management, or related industries.
Deep understanding of environmentally sustainable solutions and technologies.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.
Passion for sustainability and a strong alignment with the company’s mission to create eco-friendly solutions.
