Develop and implement strategies to increase penetration across key territories. Actively track the activities and performance of the sales team along with keeping a course of various key sales metrics like revenue achievements, daily input goals, etc. from each region. Travel across the territory & work closely with the Sales teams to ensure retention & acquisition goals are met Desired Qualification · 10+ years of experience in handling end to end sales cycle. Minimum 5+ years of experience in handling pharma sales. · Experience in Ayurveda will be preferred. · Aggressive in approach & self-starter & self-motivated. · Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
