We are seeking a seasoned Solutions Engineer to lead the design and development of innovative, scalable, and cloud-native solutions. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology strategy and driving the implementation of cutting-edge technologies.
Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership: Lead the architecture and design of complex, scalable software solutions, setting technical standards and best practices.
Cloud Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of AWS services to optimize cloud solutions for performance, cost-efficiency, and reliability.
Agile and DevOps: Embrace Agile methodologies and DevOps principles to streamline development processes, improve collaboration, and accelerate time-to-market.
Collaboration: Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering strong cross-functional partnerships.
Problem-Solving: Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex technical challenges.
Innovation: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in software development and architecture, with a strong focus on .NET technologies (Blazor, MVC).
Proven expertise in AWS cloud services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, and more.
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
