Job Title: Executive Assistant with Strong Analytical Skills
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant with exceptional analytical skills to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will excel in administrative tasks and possess the ability to analyze data, generate insights, and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives.
• Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights that inform business strategies.
• Report Preparation: Compile and prepare reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external stakeholders.
• Project Coordination: Assist in planning and executing projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.
• Communication Management: Handle correspondence, screen calls, and manage emails on behalf of executives.
• Meeting Facilitation: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Confidentiality Maintenance: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Required Competencies:
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to evaluate complex information and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in all tasks, from data analysis to document preparation.
• Organizational Skills: Efficiently manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications :
• MBA
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
• Proven experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
