Job Description: Business Development Executive (Fresher)


Location: Banaswadi, Bangalore (Work from Office)

Experience Required: Freshers welcome, 0-1 year of experience.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at our Banaswadi, Bangalore office. This role is perfect for a fresher eager to start a career in business development, learn sales strategies, and contribute to the company's growth in a collaborative office environment.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead Generation & Outreach:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients in the target market.
  • Generate leads through cold calls, emails, and social media platforms.


Client Relationship Building:

  • Engage with prospective clients to explain the company’s services and offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships to understand client needs and expectations.


Sales Support:

  • Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to help close deals and meet revenue targets.


Market Research:

  • Analyze industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
  • Provide actionable insights to the business development team.


Administrative Tasks:

  • Update client information and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Track and report lead generation, outreach, and sales conversion metrics.
Key Skills & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Confidence in client interactions and presentations.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory).
