Key Responsibilities:


Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Research and identify potential clients through various online platforms, including LinkedIn, Upwork, and other business directories.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining a database of leads and opportunities.


Email Marketing & Communication:

  • Assist in creating email templates for outreach and cold emailing campaigns.
  • Send personalized follow-up emails to prospects and potential clients.
  • Perform warm-up activities for email lists and ensure deliverability.


Cold Calling & Sales Support:

  • Support the sales team with cold calling efforts to qualify leads.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, demos, or calls for business development managers.


Client Communication:

  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and other documents as requested by clients.
  • Help with client onboarding and ensure smooth communication during the initial stages of the project.


Sales Reports & Analytics:

  • Track lead conversion, outreach success, and provide feedback on sales strategies.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating CRM software with relevant lead data.


Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the business development, marketing, and design teams to align sales strategies and deliverables.
  • Help with various ad hoc sales-related tasks as needed.


Qualifications:


  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, lead generation tools, and email marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Motivated, organized, and eager to learn about business development and sales processes.
