We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Campaign Manager with expertise in campaign strategy, SEO, performance marketing, and brand management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful campaigns for established brands and driving measurable results.
Campaign Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns tailored to target audiences.
- Define campaign objectives, budgets, and KPIs, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
Execution & Management:
- Plan, coordinate, and implement multi-channel campaigns (SEO, social media, email, paid ads, etc.).
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging and brand-consistent content.
- Oversee campaign workflows, ensuring all deliverables are on time and within budget.
SEO & Digital Performance Marketing:
- Optimize website content and structure to enhance search engine rankings.
- Manage performance marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, and more.
- Monitor and improve organic and paid search performance using analytics and reporting tools.
Brand Management:
- Work with established brands to ensure campaigns align with their identity and messaging.
- Maintain consistency in tone, design, and messaging across all marketing efforts.
Analytics & Optimization:
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, including ROI and customer acquisition costs.
- Leverage data insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and identify growth opportunities.
Team Collaboration:
- Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, development) and external vendors to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Act as the point of contact for stakeholders, presenting progress and results effectively.
Market Trends & Competitor Analysis:
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, SEO, and consumer behavior.
- Conduct competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in campaign management, with hands-on expertise in SEO and performance marketing.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Deep understanding of SEO best practices and digital marketing analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
- Experience managing paid ad campaigns and optimizing performance for established brands.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.
- Creative problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
