Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Ad Specialist with expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads to join our dynamic team at Mirra Digital. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns to help our clients achieve their marketing objectives. You will also serve as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and seamless delivery of digital marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative and effective advertising strategies and campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns based on data insights to maximize performance and ROI.
- Allocate advertising budgets across platforms and channels to ensure effectiveness.
- Manage client accounts and maintain strong relationships through regular communication.
- Understand client requirements across digital marketing aspects and convey them effectively to the internal team.
- Ensure timely delivery of client deliverables and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with creative and technical teams to develop compelling ad creatives.
- Align advertising strategies with broader marketing objectives in coordination with stakeholders.
- Utilize analytics tools to track, report, and present campaign performance to stakeholders.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, tools, and current trends.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in platforms like Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
- Experience in handling client accounts and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality deliverables.
