Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Manager to join our team and drive impactful marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will excel in managing digital advertising platforms, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI, and delivering data-driven strategies to scale business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage performance-driven campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Optimization: Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, improve click-through rates (CTR), and lower cost per acquisition (CPA). Audience Targeting: Design and implement strategies for audience segmentation, retargeting, and behavioral targeting. Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Budget Management: Allocate and manage campaign budgets effectively across channels to achieve business objectives. A/B Testing: Conduct experiments to test creatives, ad formats, targeting strategies, and landing pages for better performance. Collaborations: Work closely with the design, content, and product teams to ensure campaign alignment with brand goals and messaging. Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain competitive advantages. Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in running performance marketing campaigns with measurable results.
Expertise in platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic advertising.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Excel.
Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and tools (e.g., Hotjar, Optimizely).
Familiarity with SEO principles, audience insights, and attribution modeling.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in EdTech or education-related industries.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
