Campaign Manager

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Campaign Manager with expertise in campaign strategy, SEO, performance marketing, and brand management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful campaigns for established brands and driving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns tailored to target audiences.
Define campaign objectives, budgets, and KPIs, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
Execution & Management:
Plan, coordinate, and implement multi-channel campaigns (SEO, social media, email, paid ads, etc.).
Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging and brand-consistent content.
Oversee campaign workflows, ensuring all deliverables are on time and within budget.
SEO & Digital Performance Marketing:
Optimize website content and structure to enhance search engine rankings.
Manage performance marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, and more.
Monitor and improve organic and paid search performance using analytics and reporting tools.
Brand Management:
Work with established brands to ensure campaigns align with their identity and messaging.
Maintain consistency in tone, design, and messaging across all marketing efforts.
Analytics & Optimization:
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, including ROI and customer acquisition costs.
Leverage data insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and identify growth opportunities.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, development) and external vendors to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Act as the point of contact for stakeholders, presenting progress and results effectively.
Market Trends & Competitor Analysis:
Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, SEO, and consumer behavior.
Conduct competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in campaign management, with hands-on expertise in SEO and performance marketing.
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
Deep understanding of SEO best practices and digital marketing analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
Experience managing paid ad campaigns and optimizing performance for established brands.
Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.
Creative problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
