Roles & Responsibilities:
Hands-On Appointment Generation & Team Leading: Take ownership of both individual and team targets by actively engaging in outbound prospecting via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn. Cold calling remains the primary outreach channel. As a hands-on leader, lead by example—drive your own pipeline while coaching and motivating the inside sales team to exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly appointment generation goals.
Team Performance Management: Monitor team performance, track KPIs, and provide regular feedback and support to ensure consistent execution across outreach channels. Set clear expectations, conduct regular 1:1s, and drive accountability while maintaining a supportive and high-performance team culture.
Consultative & Solutions-Based Coaching: Guide the team to take a consultative approach to sales—understanding prospect pain points and effectively positioning 's AI sales solution as the ideal fit. Offer guidance on talk tracks, objection handling, and lead qualification based on market and product knowledge.
Client Engagement & Opportunity Development: Actively engage with prospects and key decision-makers to uncover opportunities, qualify leads, and contribute to pipeline creation. Support your team in navigating early-stage conversations and building interest that converts into qualified sales meetings.
