Job Title: Business Development Manager
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive our business growth in India Staffing.
About the Role:
- This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven individual to leverage their expertise and build strong relationships with clients, driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business development, with a proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- They will be well-versed in all aspects of our business, including staffing, MSP, and payrolling models.
- A key responsibility will be to convert connects from captives, large SI, and enterprise clients, utilizing their excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- The successful candidate will possess a strong customer base in the Mumbai/Pune region and maintain a productive database of decision-makers.
- They will be responsible for creating engaging presentations using MS Excel and PowerPoint, demonstrating their ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
Key Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in business development with a proven track record of generating significant revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of our business models, including staffing, MSP, and payrolling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create compelling presentations using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and data management tools.
