About the Role:- To oversee and direct a team of sales professionals to ensure seamless performance and achievement of set targets.
- Implement effective strategies to minimize shrinkage and attrition within the sales team, ensuring consistent productivity levels.
- The team lead must continually monitor calls, provide coaching and mentoring to associates, and track underperforming members to optimize team efficiency.
- Maintain accurate CMS reports related to team staffing, AHT metrics, and other key performance indicators.
- Ensure adherence to AUX guidelines and enforce discipline within the team to foster a positive work environment.
- Drive business growth by achieving consistent monthly sales targets and identifying opportunities for expansion.
- Identify training needs within the team and arrange for relevant training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Foster overall team development, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.
