QUALIFICATION & SKILL SET
Experience: 3+ Years
●2-3 years of Proven experience in bid management, proposal writing, or a related role which includes knowledge of all government portal like GEM, CPP, Railway, State government etc.
● A bachelor’s degree is mandatory. MBA would be an added advantage.
● Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics for government sector
● Excellent oral and written communication skills.
● Knowledge of tender submission and preparation of proposal and supporting document based on government RFP
● Working knowledge of commercial term and condition and pricing
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and other relevant software.
● Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
● Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple bids simultaneously.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
● Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in document preparation.
