Focus: Red Hat, Google, IFS Cloud/AI | US SMB & Enterprise Market #Only Apply If You’re a True New-Logo Hunter for Red Hat, Google & IFS Cloud/AI in the U.We are expanding our GTM team and looking for a Business Development Lead (Hunter – New Logos) to drive OEM-led growth (Red Hat, Google, IFS Cloud/AI) in the U.Red Hat – RHEL, OpenShift, Ansible, automation & infra modernization Google – Google Cloud Platform, Google Workspace, ChromeOS ecosystem IFS – IFS Cloud, IFS AI-driven ERP/EAM/Service solutions You will be responsible for end-to-end new business development – from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure – working closely with InnoveusIT’s solution, delivery, and OEM alliance teams. Hunt and win net-new logos in the U.Sell Red Hat, Google, and IFS Cloud/AI solutions with clear, outcome-based value propositions Build and own an outbound pipeline (calling, email, LinkedIn, events, OEM co-sell) Lead discovery, shape solutions with OEMs architects, and drive deals to closure (licenses + services) Collaborate with Red Hat, Google, and IFS field/partner teams to generate and progress opportunities 10+ years in B2B IT sales , with at least 5+ years as a new-logo hunter ✅ Proven experience selling Red Hat / Google / IFS solutions into U.Strong understanding of how these OEM platforms fit into customers’ IT landscape – infra, apps, data, security, and operations. ✅ Experience selling to C-suite and Director-level stakeholders in organizations with typically 50–2,500 employees . ✅ Open and close net-new deals with CIO/CTO/VP-level buyers in the U.Create multi-tower opportunities (cloud, infrastructure, apps, security, AI, managed services) starting from a small land deal.
