Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute sales strategies for new client acquisition in MICE. * Achieve and exceed monthly/annual revenue targets. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients. * Manage the full sales cycle – lead generation, pitching, negotiation & closure. * Identify growth opportunities and contribute to business expansion plans. Key Qualifications * 3–7 years of proven experience in MICE Sales. * Strong understanding of the travel & MICE industry. * Excellent negotiation and contract-handling skills. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to collaborate with internal teams for smooth event execution. * Target-driven, proactive, and result-oriented mindset. Additional Requirements * Work Location: Chennai / Coimbatore / Trichy (full-time, on-site role). * Travel: Must be willing to travel for client meetings, events, and site visits. * Must have strong familiarity with the regional MICE market.
