Experience Required: 2–5 years in B2B / Corporate Sales Employment Type: Full-time Designation : Corporate Sales Manager About the Role: We are looking for a Sales Manager for our Corporate Gifting division who can drive B2B sales, build strong corporate relationships, and generate business opportunities with companies, institutions, and channel partners. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in corporate gifting sales, client acquisition, and revenue generation. Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new corporate clients for gifting solutions. Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiations, and closure. Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, Admin, Purchase, and CXO-level decision-makers. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable gifting assortments. Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, samples, quotations, and order execution. Achieve monthly and quarterly B2B sales targets. Develop proposals, presentations, and customized gifting solutions as per client needs. Track market trends and competitor activities in the corporate gifting space. Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through CRM. Attend events/meetings for business development when required. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2–5 years of experience in B2B / Corporate Sales , preferably in corporate gifting, FMCG, retail, or consumer goods. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build long-term relationships with corporate clients. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision. Good understanding of corporate gifting categories and seasonal demands. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
