Job Description:
Learn and assist in daily production activities to meet manufacturing schedules and targets.
Operate and monitor machines, tools, and equipment under supervision.
Understand and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) in production.
Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Participate in initiatives like Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Assist in reducing cycle time and improving production output.
Gain expertise in handling production technologies and tools such as CNC machines
Maintain production records and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
Document and communicate any deviations or challenges in production to the supervisor.
Participate in team meetings to discuss production challenges and brainstorm solutions.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Production/Industrial).
Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year of experience.
Technical Skills:
Basic knowledge of production technologies and tools.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Salary budget: 20-25k CTC/month
