Job Description:
- Learn and assist in daily production activities to meet manufacturing schedules and targets.
- Operate and monitor machines, tools, and equipment under supervision.
- Understand and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) in production.
- Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Participate in initiatives like Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Assist in reducing cycle time and improving production output.
- Gain expertise in handling production technologies and tools such as CNC machines
- Maintain production records and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Document and communicate any deviations or challenges in production to the supervisor.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss production challenges and brainstorm solutions.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Production/Industrial).
Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year of experience.
Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of production technologies and tools.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Salary budget: 20-25k CTC/month
