Roles and Responsibilities:Accounting & Taxation Tasks:Manage sales, purchase, and export accounting, including reconciliation and filing.Oversee TDS, GST, DBK refunds, and inter-unit reconciliations.Handle salary, wages, ESI, PF payments, and gratuity accounting.Conduct online banking transactions for vendor payments, utilities, taxes, and insurance renewals.Maintain insurance trackers for fire, marine, workman compensation, and other coverages.Perform 26AS working and reconciliation.Reporting to Banks & Departments:Prepare monthly stock statements, assist with rating renewals, and bank audits.Manage annual and monthly statutory filings, including MSME and actuarial filings.Handle bank loan renewals and credit limit rollovers.Management Reporting:Provide stock summaries, cash flow forecasts, and aging reports.Prepare sales and fund requirement reports for senior management.Support balance sheet filing and maintain the interest calendar.
What We’re Looking For:Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and financial reporting.Strong knowledge of taxation, compliance, and reconciliation.Excellent multitasking and analytical skills.
